This is the name of the game in Asia if you want to eat cheaply and how the locals eat. Ed has taken to it like a duck to water and will try anything. I am not so happy about it, sticking to chicken ( when I am sure it is chicken as they always tell you it is chicken even when it is clearly not) and fish.
Oh and it's got the stage here in Laos where it is not just your standard meat and offal. Frogs on a stick seems to be the food of the south of Laos....delicious?
It has gotten to be such a part of our day we have even made up a song about it. I won't go into it but Helen helped us with the backing melodies when she was in Thialand. It's bound to be a number one hit.
